Der Nectarios Villa-Komplex ist in einem neuen, zweistöckigen Gebäude untergebracht, das im traditionellen kykladischen Stil erbaut wurde. Es hat alle Besonderheiten des Theran-Stils übernommen und zeichnet sich durch seine einfache Konstruktion mit den charakteristischen Bögen aus, die in Kombination mit anderen dekorativen Elementen und Pastellfarben eine idyllische Landschaft schaffen.

Der Komplex besteht aus 5 Doppelzimmern und 1 Suite, die mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und entsprechend eingerichtet sind, um Momente völliger Entspannung zu bieten.

Katerina was wonderful and very helpful with everything. She made our stay very enjoyable with recommendations of where to go, what to do, and even brought us fresh melon while we were enjoying the pool. The location is great, a comfortable walk to the city center, but far enough away that you can’t hear the sounds of the nightlife. The room was comfortable and clean and the view from the room was amazing. I’m hoping for a return trip to Santorini in the future and will definitely be booking here again.

Amazing kind hosts who went out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensured your stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Although not in the cauldera we felt this location was excellent as it allowed you to be away from the very busy area but only a 5 minute walk to visit the main area of Fira. Pool was excellent for morning relaxation and cooling down. The apartments with the jacuzzis are outstanding, a real treat and what a way to enjoy the stunning views! The host helped us with information about excursions and quad hire and arranged it all for us as well as transfers to and from port.

The owner, Katarina, was amazing and really made us feel welcome and an outstanding service.The location is perfect, very quiet, away from the noise of all the bars and restaurants on the other side of the island.The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need.

Katerina our host was very friendly and helpful, always available in person or by phone to answer any questions. The accommodation was very clean with daily sheets and towel change. The balconies overlook the sea with a welcome breeze. Would definitely stay again if staying in Santorini.

The place was very nice, the bed was comfy and the outdoor space and view is beautiful. The host was super nice and extremely helpful with finding local spots. Can't beat the location, close to the center of fira but far enough away to escape the noise and sleep at night.

It was great being so close to the City Center. Katerina is an amazing host, everything went very smooth. The Suite was fantastic, being able to enjoy the private jacuzzi with the panoramic view is priceless. Perfect for a honeymoon.
