Nectarios Villa complex is housed in a new, two-storey building which was built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture. It has assimilated all the particulars of the Theran style and stands out for its simple construction with the characteristic arches, which in combination to other decorative elements and pastel colors create an idyllic scenery.

The complex comprises of 5 Double rooms and 1 Suite, equipped with all comforts and furnished accordingly in order to offer moments of complete relaxation.

Katrina was so obliging booked taxis boat trips very hospitable apartment was spotless well cleaned every day fresh linen also. Very central to Thira walking distance

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was only a short walk away from the town centre. Katerina was wonderful. She was very friendly and always ready to help.

Really good value for money considering the price of a lot of places in Santorini. We had a great view from our balcony and the pool was nice to cool off in, even if it is quite small. Katerina was also very welcoming and helpful.

staff was lovely! we had some personal issues which they dealt with efficiently and effectively! hot tub was amazing, beautiful sunset! location was okay, just slightly out of the centre so not too far too walk! and all in all the accommodation was so beautiful and homely! wanted to stay here for at-least a month

The place was very nice, the bed was comfy and the outdoor space and view is beautiful. The host was super nice and extremely helpful with finding local spots. Can't beat the location, close to the center of fira but far enough away to escape the noise and sleep at night.

Katherine was a wonderful host she made us so welcome and put a great itinerary together for us to make the most of our 2 days. Everything was perfect..... the rooms are lovely with a terrace and sunbed outside. Beautiful views of the sea from the terrace were katherina spoilt us with homemade cakes. We loved the location as you are in the centre of everything in less than 10minutes walk.....yet quiet and tranquil as the centre of Santorini can be very busy and crowded. Had a very comfortable stay, Katerina was very helpful and friendly, she even provided us with pizza one night then cake another night. Our room was small but very comfortable and clean, sheets and towels changed every day. Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the caldera, 10 minutes to the main square and 15 minutes to bus station, enjoyed our 4 night stay.

It was great being so close to the City Center. Katerina is an amazing host, everything went very smooth. The Suite was fantastic, being able to enjoy the private jacuzzi with the panoramic view is priceless. Perfect for a honeymoon.
