Nectarios Villa complex is housed in a new, two-storey building which was built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture. It has assimilated all the particulars of the Theran style and stands out for its simple construction with the characteristic arches, which in combination to other decorative elements and pastel colors create an idyllic scenery.

The complex comprises of 5 Double rooms and 1 Suite, equipped with all comforts and furnished accordingly in order to offer moments of complete relaxation.

"Lovely relaxing stay"

We stayed in the suite with the hot tub. The views were lovely, it was super clean and the hosts were really friendly. We even rented a quad from the hosts son which I would definitely recommend doing as you can explore the island at your own leisure. Really lovely place to stay, the location was perfect and it was very private

Katherine was a wonderful host she made us so welcome and put a great itinerary together for us to make the most of our 2 days. Everything was perfect..... the rooms are lovely with a terrace and sunbed outside. Beautiful views of the sea from the terrace were katherina spoilt us with homemade cakes. We loved the location as you are in the centre of everything in less than 10minutes walk.....yet quiet and tranquil as the centre of Santorini can be very busy and crowded. Room was ready and was taken to the room and shown all things to note.Room was large very clean daily. Lovely king bed. Lovely views and the largest terrace I’ve seen in Santorini. Seating table for 4 and a large hot tub. Location was 4-5 min walk to main fira. Property and hosts were exceptional in every way

"Fabulous stay from the beginning to the end"

Fabulous stay from the beginning to the end. The room was brilliant and the outdoor jacuzzi was outstanding. Katerina helped us a lot during our stay with spot on recommendations and giving us all the information we needed. The location couldn’t be better as we had access to parking very close and for the times we didn’t take the car everything was 5min away.Thank you for the memorable nights.

"Quiet comfort close to Fira’s main street"

The rooms are very clean with new linen every day. All things like toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo are provided each day and pool towels are also provided. The little pool is lovely and the accommodation is quiet away from the noise of the Main Street.
