Nectarios Villa complex is housed in a new, two-storey building which was built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture. It has assimilated all the particulars of the Theran style and stands out for its simple construction with the characteristic arches, which in combination to other decorative elements and pastel colors create an idyllic scenery.

The complex comprises of 5 Double rooms and 1 Suite, equipped with all comforts and furnished accordingly in order to offer moments of complete relaxation.

"Exceptional"

Katerina is the best suites owner I ever met in the past years. She is very kind and warm-hearted. She picked me up at 23:30 for check-in. Another staff I met in the next morning is aslo very kind and polite.We said good morning to each other

Katerina our host was very friendly and helpful, always available in person or by phone to answer any questions. The accommodation was very clean with daily sheets and towel change. The balconies overlook the sea with a welcome breeze. Would definitely stay again if staying in Santorini.

EVERYTHING!The view was amazing but the owners were better than the view!They were extremely accommodating and so kind!My partner and I felt like we were apart of their family!The bathroom is so beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable.The cleaner picked up my clothes that I left on the chair and folded them neatly!We will be back next year for sure!

Amazing kind hosts who went out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensured your stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Although not in the cauldera we felt this location was excellent as it allowed you to be away from the very busy area but only a 5 minute walk to visit the main area of Fira. Pool was excellent for morning relaxation and cooling down. The apartments with the jacuzzis are outstanding, a real treat and what a way to enjoy the stunning views! The host helped us with information about excursions and quad hire and arranged it all for us as well as transfers to and from port.

"Lovely relaxing stay"

We stayed in the suite with the hot tub. The views were lovely, it was super clean and the hosts were really friendly. We even rented a quad from the hosts son which I would definitely recommend doing as you can explore the island at your own leisure. Really lovely place to stay, the location was perfect and it was very private

staff was lovely! we had some personal issues which they dealt with efficiently and effectively! hot tub was amazing, beautiful sunset! location was okay, just slightly out of the centre so not too far too walk! and all in all the accommodation was so beautiful and homely! wanted to stay here for at-least a month

Clean comfy and well designed room.Lovely to have an ocean view and to be able to make our own breakfast in room.Its nice and close to Fira but also quiet at night.
