Nectarios Villa complex is housed in a new, two-storey building which was built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture. It has assimilated all the particulars of the Theran style and stands out for its simple construction with the characteristic arches, which in combination to other decorative elements and pastel colors create an idyllic scenery.

The complex comprises of 5 Double rooms and 1 Suite, equipped with all comforts and furnished accordingly in order to offer moments of complete relaxation.

"Wonderful"

Clean comfy and well designed room.Lovely to have an ocean view and to be able to make our own breakfast in room.Its nice and close to Fira but also quiet at night.

Beautiful studio perfectly furnished and decorated ... Very good location in a calm area at 5/6 mins walk from the very center of Fira ... Nice sea view on the eastern coast of Santorini (not Caldeira) ... Ekaterina is moreover the perfect host, always ready to help you and give you good advice abour her island !

Adorable villa. The hot tub was perfect each night. It’s close walking distance to the main strip but private. It was perfect for us on our honeymoon.

"Delightful studio villas with a superb view and an outstanding, caring host."

The host, Katerina, was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She kept the whole property in an excellent state of repair as well as condition of impeccable cleanliness. She offered to do our washing and ironing as opposed to us taking it to the local laundry/dry cleaner. Katerina also offered a complimentary coffee to guests each morning; helped us with our luggage; she also provided local island travel advice, and booked a reliable, very early-morning taxi (2.15am) and was present to bid us farewell.. Fresh towels and room serviced daily. Property has a lovely view and is close to amenities.

"Lovely relaxing stay"

We stayed in the suite with the hot tub. The views were lovely, it was super clean and the hosts were really friendly. We even rented a quad from the hosts son which I would definitely recommend doing as you can explore the island at your own leisure. Really lovely place to stay, the location was perfect and it was very private

The apartment was in a great location very close to the centre of Fira. Hosts were fantastic and very caring. The place itself was very comfortable and hot tub was great.

Katerina our host was very friendly and helpful, always available in person or by phone to answer any questions. The accommodation was very clean with daily sheets and towel change. The balconies overlook the sea with a welcome breeze. Would definitely stay again if staying in Santorini.

The property was nicer than the pictures and the view was incredible. The location was super close to the main centre so made getting around really easy. Katerina was lovely and made our stay extremely comfortable which was great!
