"Fantastic!"

Amazing kind hosts who went out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensured your stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Although not in the cauldera we felt this location was excellent as it allowed you to be away from the very busy area but only a 5 minute walk to visit the main area of Fira. Pool was excellent for morning relaxation and cooling down. The apartments with the jacuzzis are outstanding, a real treat and what a way to enjoy the stunning views! The host helped us with information about excursions and quad hire and arranged it all for us as well as transfers to and from port.

perfect location in Fira, lovely and attentive host Katerina, room is clean and spacious, nice sea view, comfortable bed, the complementary tea, coffee is a plus. Also the taxi and scooter rental service by Vlasiss is great. Highly recommended.

"Wonderful"

The place was very nice, the bed was comfy and the outdoor space and view is beautiful. The host was super nice and extremely helpful with finding local spots. Can't beat the location, close to the center of fira but far enough away to escape the noise and sleep at night.

Katerina was wonderful and very helpful with everything. She made our stay very enjoyable with recommendations of where to go, what to do, and even brought us fresh melon while we were enjoying the pool. The location is great, a comfortable walk to the city center, but far enough away that you can’t hear the sounds of the nightlife. The room was comfortable and clean and the view from the room was amazing. I’m hoping for a return trip to Santorini in the future and will definitely be booking here again.

"Beautiful, quiet place in a great location"

we loved the location - close to Fira and the shops. the balcony jacuzzi was delightful. a little bit breezy on the balcony but not a problem. they did a super job of cleaning every day so it always felt fresh. short walk up to the 3 bells of Fira - definitely do that. you can book a wonderful sunset boat trip from the old port - we would recommend that. they always offer you a coffee or water when you go into the reception room

Katerina our host was very friendly and helpful, always available in person or by phone to answer any questions. The accommodation was very clean with daily sheets and towel change. The balconies overlook the sea with a welcome breeze. Would definitely stay again if staying in Santorini.

Nectarios Villas are just perfect. The villa with jacuzzi was private and had an amazing view for sunrise. Close to supermarkets, great restaurants and main tourist area of Fira. The villa was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. Katerina is a superhost who caters to every need -helping with the luggage, advising on trips and sightseeing as well as organizing transfers from and to the airport. Thanks Katerina for the delicious cake and dessert! We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay there again!!

"Perfect location with a very helpful host!"

Katerina was a great host! helped us book a quad for our trip, this was the absolute best way to see the island in the 5 short days we stayed. Our villa was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and linen. Even our toilet was cleaned daily! Taxi’s to and from the airport were sorted for us aswell, even though we arrived at 1am we were still collected and checked in! Perfect location, only a 3 minute walk along the main strip in Thira, great for all times of the day!

The property was beautiful. We were close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Our checkin process was super easy.
